Client's Voice:

Ms. Yumi Yamakawa, Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Japan, Johnson & Johnson K.K.

“We truly appreciate Kawano-san for consistently and continuously introducing outstanding and high-calibre candidates. We recognize that it is extremely challenging to attract and hire such specialized and top-notch candidates in the R&D Pharmaceutical market where there is a significantly limited pool of talent.

Not only does he have a deep understanding of our hiring requirements, company structure and job description, he also clearly represents our company’s vision to the candidates to effectively differentiate us within the Pharmaceutical industry. We believe that this is because Kawano-san has rich experience from working in the pharmaceutical industry in the past and he stays in tune with the latest market trends and information.

We’d like to thank Kawano-san and his continuing strong support.”
