Elaiza is a Senior Talent Scout within the Market Intelligence team (MIT) at RGF Executive Search.  

She has been in the recruiting business since 2012, focusing on hard-to-fill positions in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry. She is an expert in market research, candidate sourcing, headhunting, and takes pride in assisting professionals to achieve their career goals. 

Prior to coming to Japan, she worked as a Communications Trainer where she educated employees on telephone skills and customer service. 

Originally from the Philippines, she received her bachelor's degree in communications from De La Salle University. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and traveling.
