Humer is a key member in the Market Intelligence team (MIT) at RGF Executive Search since 2015.

As a Senior Talent Scout, he is an expert in candidate sourcing and market research focusing on the Consumer/Digital Markets and Technology industries. Prior to joining RGF, he worked within the research division of a boutique search firm for three years.

Originally from India, Humer holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Karnataka University. In addition to his native Hindi, he speaks English fluently. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, traveling and more.
