Issei specializes in IT Enterprise & Software Vendor area, focusing on Mid-Management to Executive level positions across Sales, Presales, Project Management, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success.

Since becoming an executive recruiter in 2019, Issei has completed numerous executive search assignments including Country Manager, Sales Directors, and R&D Directors for both Japanese and foreign clients. His passion lies in taking the consultative approach for clients’ needs and in the strong sense of responsibility for candidates’ long-term career development.

Issei was born in Tokyo and raised in Shanghai, China. He received a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Doshisha University with one-year study at Boston University. He is fluent in Japanese, English as well as his native Mandarin. Outside the office, Issei enjoys photography, cooking, and practicing Karate.
