Katrina has more than seven years of experience in the recruitment industry working on hard-to-fill positions including in healthcare. She has successfully completed searches from Managerial to Directorial positions applying best search practices and creative search methods using various media.

Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, she worked for a European company in the Philippines as a Recruitment Supervisor where she built successful relationships with clients as well as candidates to match suitable individuals to positions and organizations.

Katrina completed her degree in Nursing and has a strong inclination and interest in Life Sciences. 

During her free time, Katrina enjoys reading and loves meeting new people and learning about international culture.
