Manami focuses on the insurance market, primarily life/non-life insurance, travel assistance, and transaction credit insurance. She specializes in searches for risk analysis, actuarial, corporate sales, and payment assessment positions.

Since starting her recruiting career in 2005, Manami has worked closely with clients to build mutual trust and to deliver speedy and attentive performance.

Before joining RGF Executive Search Japan, she worked for 10 years in Japan’s largest recruiting company, where she became a team leader. She also has experience in a leading travel agency.

Originally from Yamaguchi Prefecture, Manami graduated from Alliant International University in San Diego, California, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.

In her spare time, she enjoys domestic and international travel with her family and table coordinating. She is also fond of seasonal flowers.
