Nawaz is the Director of the Market Intelligence team (MIT), our in-house research and candidate sourcing function at RGF Executive Search. 

Specializing in the Japan recruitment market since 2007, he has gained deep knowledge and understanding of the local candidate market which allows him to produce effective sourcing strategies that deliver consistent and timely results. 

Following industry best practices, his team of "Talent Scouts" supports our consultants with advanced market research, company mapping, contact generation, and direct talent sourcing methods across all industries and functions.

Originally from India, Nawaz holds a B.A. degree from the University of Pune in India and speaks fluent English and basic Japanese. In his spare time, Nawaz enjoys weight training, driving, and photography.
