Since becoming an executive recruiter in 2007, Ryuji has completed numerous senior searches for positions such as Country Manager, Sales Director, and Engineering Director for domestic and foreign capital companies. He has strong connections with clients, especially in the automotive products area.

Prior to entering the world of executive search, Ryuji gained valuable experience while working for more than 10 years with a large domestic industrial manufacturing company. He has a deep understanding of and passion for the industrial market in Japan.
