Sardor is specialized in Factory Automation, Robotics, 3D Measurement, and Software/SaaS/IoT/Digital Solutions for Industrial and Manufacturing. He joined the search business in 2018, and has primarily worked on management layer and above within both commercial and technical domains.

Aside from his experience in the recruitment market, Sardor received a Bachelors in Law in Uzbekistan and a Master’s degree in Law from Kyushu University in Japan. He started his career as a Lawyer in 2014 in Uzbekistan and worked there till 2018 before joining the Recruitment industry.

He is fluent in English as well as his native Uzbek. He can also casually communicate in Russian and Chinese languages.

Outside the office, Sardor enjoys spending time with his kids and playing soccer.
