Jane specializes in mid to senior level commercial and technical searches within Chemical, food ingredient, Material related and Engineering industries, serving both domestic and foreign capital companies across Japan.

From 2018, Jane started her headhunting career with strong capability to plan out good solutions based on candidates’ experience and career aspirations.

Jane started to work on retained projects in chemical technology sectors as an executive recruiter from 2019. She has successfully closed senior positions like: managing director, sales director and senior sales manager with both Japanese and foreign clients.

Originally from China, Jane obtained an Master degree in Japan. She is fluent in Japanese and English as well as her native Chinese.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hot Yoga, and reading.
