Yuki is a Principal Consultant in the Healthcare & Life Sciences team with primary focus on senior roles in Business Development, Marketing, Clinical Development, Medical Science, and SCM in the pharmaceuticals industry.

He has been in the recruiting business since 2001. He combines this long experience and extensive industry knowledge with quick, attentive responses and feedback to provide his clients and candidates with high-quality service.

Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, Yuki spent over 12 years in one of the major Japanese recruiting companies. He was part of the executive team, specializing in management-level positions and completing over 200 searches in the healthcare industry. He also has experience as a government official as well as a strategic consultant. 

Yuki holds a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF-Japan) certification from the Career Counseling Association.

Yuki graduated from Chuo University with a Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Commercial Science Management.
