仕事内容
An international US law firm is looking for a junior associate Japanese Lawyer (bengoshi).
The firm has over 2,000 lawyers worldwide in more than 30 offices.
The desired candidate should have experience in the following fields:
- Draft, review and file legal documents.
- Prepare and/or review legal documents related to real estate transactions and governmental approvals.
- Analyze federal, state and local statutes and regulations.
応募資格
Education and credentials:
- Qualified to practice law in Japan
- Fluent in both Japanese and English
- Minimum 2 years PQE - Candidates with great interest in Real Estate without experience might be considered
