The desired candidate should have experience, among others, in syndicated credits, portfolio financings, mezzanine financings, restructurings and a proven record of commercial awareness.

応募資格
Education and Credentials: Bachelor’s and JD degrees with strong academic credentials. Qualified to practice law in UK, US or Australia.
Experience: PQE 2 - PQE 8
Skills/Competencies:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure. Exceptional oral and written communication and legal research skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple activities timely and with a high degree of accuracy
