2.Hiring temp contractors and new employees
3.Help employees keep motivated
4.Negotiation with union about site matters
5.Customer audits, financial / accounting audits, IATF audit and RBA audit as HR leader

【必須】
1.HR experience, preferably at a factory, for over 7 years.
2.Bachelor degree graduated (preferred)
3.Manage HR staffs (preferred)
4.Candidate for HR site manager and HRBP
5. 　Business level English
