•Preparation of US tax reporting, corporate income tax , consumption tax and other tax returns
•Ongoing analysis and documentation of transfer pricing methodology including BEPS requirements
•Preparation and reporting of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and Japanese GAAP
•Respond to internal/external audit and tax examination
•Improve business processes in the light of Prioritize, Align and Simplify while complying with effective
internal controls including SOX 404 requirements
•Support and contribute to strategic business objectives and goals (e.g. Business development deal)

【必須】
•Solid knowledge of accounting and tax
•Strong communication skills both verbal and written to build strong channels with internal/external stakeholders
•Proficiency in mid / advanced functions of Excel and PowerPoint
•Business in English
•professional experience in tax preparation

【歓迎】
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
•Certified Tax Accountant or CPA is preferred
•Experience working for a Big4 or multi-national companies is strongly preferred. Combination of public accounting firm and industry experience is preferable
•Excellent project management, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
•Experience working with financial systems (e.g. SAP). Being able to grasp the systems as a whole and understanding their linkages
