仕事内容

- Maintains payroll information by developing and managing all relevant systems and directing the collection, calculation and entering of data for effective payroll management.
- Leads all necessary monthly payroll calculations and liaises with payroll vendor to ensure smooth operation of monthly payments.
- Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies along with management of the organization.
- Manages all aspects of tax, pension and social insurance payments and calculations for all employees in the Japan organization.
- Works with local management to support expat benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations.
- Collaborate with Accounting and HR teams to ensure smooth operations of monthly payroll activities.

応募資格

【必須】
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing payroll or compensation and benefits plans as a full-time employee, including payroll calculations.
- Business-level English is a must.
- Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
