・Works with project teams to prepare clinical regulatory documents under strict timelines.
・Trains and mentors other medical writers.
・Ensures efficient publishing of documents.
・Coordinates writing activities with the project teams for document development.
・Provides strategic direction for regulatory writing, publication writing, or regulatory publishing programs.

・Bachelor’s degree in science, health profession, or journalism.
・Demonstrates strong ability to manage technical staff and enhance individual performance.
・Exhibits solid knowledge of appropriate guidelines, regulations, and working practices.
・Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.
・9 years of leadership experience in clinical and scientific communications, including 5 years of formal people management experience
