Manager HR Operations for Global Healthcare company

仕事内容

Primary Function:
The position is responsible for Management delivery of HR operations activities (HR data
and HR processes to the various division of the ocmpany The HR Ops Manager will promote exceptional employees services and continuos improvement.

Essential Functions:
• Responsible that HR Operations team standards are set, that efficient & effective HR processes are
in place and described. HR Operations team responsibilities may include: pre-employment verification,
immigration, employment agreements & amendments, personnel file maintenance & set up, benefits
administration, payroll input, attendance tracking, data management in HRIS, HR data reporting, off-
boarding, etc.
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress & key HR metrics – work towards SLAs for the HR
Operations team, improve standards & consistency and processes where possible.
• Act as a liaison between employees, other departments and vendors to resolve issues received
through the HR Ops team (who are the first contact for employees and manager queries on HR
related policies and processes) and facilitate processing.
• Monitor, maintain and process HR related information in internal HR Systems & databases and / or
files, ensuring high quality data, whilst maintaining required privacy.
• Ultilise and promote use of automation opportunities within HR tools, systems and software
• Facilitate the compliance with corporate HR policies and local labour regulations.
• Establish, maintain and manage strong relationships with other groups in the organisation, such as
the HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, (external) Vendors,
etc. and partner on common projects.
• Manage successful performance and implementation of assigned HR projects, with regards to f.e.
employment records, benefit programs, performance and compensation management, recruitment,
payroll, (HR) systems & system functionality, etc.

Supervisory / Management Responsibilities:
• Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of 4
• Oversee development of direct reports by setting goals, conducting performance reviews, evaluating
and monitoring training needs, creating development plans, mentoring, and coaching
• Set priorities and schedule activities of departmental resources, implement company objectives, and
create alternative solutions to address business

応募資格

Education Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Training & Experience Required:
• Five years+ experience in HR administration / generalist roles with increasing levels of
responsibility, preferably in a drug development environment (not mandatory)
• People management or mentoring experience is a plus
• Well organized, attention for detail, able to prioritise between day to day activities and
project work.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, both written and spoken capable of influencing others
• Excellent language abilities in both: Japanese and English
• Demonstrated competency utilizing word processing and spreadsheet software as well as experience
utilizing HRIS and/or other relevant software (
• Familiarity with Japanese labor law
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
