- Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow
- Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions
- Process all electronic payments according to company’s policies
- Work closely with AP and AR to timely provide bank statements and address all queries related to payments or cash receipts
- May perform daily accounting registration for the treasury related item
- Maintain bank mandates and accounts documentation, work with banks to ensure compliance
- Prepare analysis of accounts, report daily cash position, monitor correct bank fees level and address quality issues
- Perform month-end bank accounts reconciliations and assist with docs preparation for the audit process
- Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements
- Support the CFO in other treasury related tasks and projects (like payment automation, cash pooling structure
- Additional duties as directed by supervisor

【必須】
- 2+ years of experience in Treasury/Payments area
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Autonomy and excellent organization of work
- Strong attention to details
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to multi-task
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in Japanese and business level English
- Previous experience with international banks and online platforms in a must
- Previous experience with EFP (NetSuite/Oracle/SAP, etc.) preferred
