-Responsible for store development of new store and refurbishment including store site research, negotiation with the developers, contract management etc.
-Needs to build and develop strategic alliances with external partners.
-Will support department head by analyzing, identifying and creating new business strategies and opportunities.

-Minimum 5 years relevant experience and the sales experience within the enterprise. (Food Retail background is highly preferred)
-University graduate
-Appropriate technical knowledge and understanding about store design and facility
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in both English and Japanese.
-Effective negotiation skills to compromise developers.
