This position is responsible for overseeing Travel Retail business in Japan and Korea including duty free stores.
This individual develops and implements the annual commercial plans and manages successful customer negotiation in the assigned territories, in order to positively contribute to achieving the annual net sales target and desired profitability while respecting our brand equity.

• Holding Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, sales planning and field role. Preferably with Travel Retail / FMCG/ luxury segment experience
• Communication fluency in business English and Japanese
• Self-starter. Results oriented. Strong analytical skills.
• A keen team player who is disciplined, proactive, and enthusiastic to drive growth.
• Willing to travel extensively and able to work under pressure
• Good computer skills for business (MS Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
• Understanding of or experiencing in handling other Asian or Korean market besides Japan is preferred
