Investment Operation Middle Office at Global Insurance Company

--Our team provides transaction support of domestic and global assets managed by internal and external investment managers including derivatives.
--Although there is a wide range of products, we do not need in-depth knowledge in each field. It is desirable to have some work experience of these transactions (e.g. securities company, asset management, investment banking)

-Transaction support of domestic/global fixed income/equities trading.*
-Transaction support of derivatives trading including life cycle monitoring.*
-Instruction to custodian bank, pre-matching, fail monitoring
-Input trading data into JGAAP system(XNET)
-Generate and reconcile reports created by custodian bank(position, transaction, settlement status)
-Reconcile securities data(Pricing and other data) between two different data sources. *
-Account opening with Bank, Brokers
-Meeting with auditor and submit required documents *
-Project management with related parties and business improvement proposal *
--Marked(*) items are required communication in English

・国内外における証券取引(債券・株)売買、およびデリバティブ取引の約定後処理、
・カストディ銀行への決済指図送信、照合、モニタリング
・会計システムへの取引データ入力(利用システムはXNET)
・各種レポート作成、外部委託先が作成したレポート内容のチェック(残高照合、取引照合等)
・利用する証券データの正確性等を複数のデータソースで比較、検証
・口座開設、各種届出、契約書締結等について取引先や関連部署と調整
・SOX対応、監査法人対応
・関連業務のプロジェクト推進、業務改善提案

-Have experience in financial market at least 5years
-English business level(writing and reading) and Japanese native level
-English TOEIC 785 is according to AIG English policy
-Excel(Function, Pivot)、Word, Power point
-Japanese Security Sales Representative 1 (証券外務員試験1種)

Number of team members 5 (including currently recruiting one position)
9:00 – 17:00 plus 1~2 overtime hours
