仕事内容
予算編成や月次・四半期毎のローリングフォーキャストにおいて社内をリードし、ファイナンスダイレクターとして日本、中国、韓国、ベトナム、マレーシアの工場支援を行います。部下16名です。
The Finance leader for Supply Chain & Operations of a global product division over a billion dollars with 7 manufacturing plants across 5 countries. Act as a Business Partner and quasi-CFO for the Operations, this position provides Financial support to VP of Supply Chain, Procurement, and Plant leaders by monitoring performances & benchmark, supporting business decisions, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving Operations for profitable actions. Also this position provides Production Costing leadership by managing cost accounting platform for majoring products profitability and process cost competitiveness, and helps operations to develop economic thinking.
日本がヘッドクオーター（HQ）です。4つのディビジョンがありますが、このうち今回お任せするディビジョンの収益は全体の約50%を占め、そのディビジョンHQは日本になります。
外資系グローバル企業は数多くありますが、日本に一番大きなディビジョンのHQを置く企業です。デザインセンターも日本にあり、フルファンクションの意思決定に参画できる、非常にユニークな存在です。傘下に海外生産拠点6、デザインセンター3拠点を有します。 日本にディビジョンHQを置くことで、日本特有のエンジニアリングや品質管理の能力を集積し、迅速に海外へ広げてゆくことができると考えてえいます。
応募資格
- Good working experience as a leadership in Finance, Costing or equivalent capability in Manufacturing entity with ‘global’ flavor.
- Good understanding on Costing in relation to discrete production process and inventory.
- Has balanced capabilities of Hands-on and Hands-off.
- Strong & logical communication skill to serve as a business partner and a leader in multi-country organization.
- Strong ability to analyze information and draw relevant recommendations for decision making purposes.
- Capable for demonstrating high performance standard and promoting team/individuals the growth culture.
- Ability to liaise and work with multiple stakeholders in good humility and respectful attitude.
- Has business level Japanese and English communication skill.
