仕事内容

-Introduce multi-manager products and solutions mainly to large Japanese public pension funds with a goal of achieving revenue and AUM growth targets by winning new clients and mandates
-Develop strong and long-term relationship with the target clients to build and strengthen brand as a trusted advisory to win multiple mandates over time in significant sizes across various asset classes
-Provide high-quality client servicing for existing clients, working together with Product Specialists, Portfolio Managers, Operations and other relevant local and oversea internal resources

応募資格

Ideally 5 years or longer of experience as a sales or a client service representative, covering Japanese public pensions either in asset management or securities industry
-Advanced understanding of financial markets as well as asset management products and solutions
-Deep understanding of decision-making process and manager selection criteria of Japanese public pensions
-Strong existing relationship and/or relationship building skills with large Japanese public pensions
-Self-starter and team player with strong leadership as well as project-management and multi-tasking skills
-Strong communication skills in both Japanese and business-level English
