Senior Analyst, RE Investment || シニアアナリスト（不動産インベストメント)

1) Investment Management
- Perform quick and in-depth investment and development feasibility studies for pipeline projects
- Create new and maintain/improve existing financial cash flow models
- Prepare investment slides and papers for senior management, Investment Committee and Board
- Conduct risk assessment, due diligence (including collecting relevant market data), and valuation
- Support deal sourcing and deal management
- Support disposition activity
- Contribute to production of marketing materials (including translation of documentation if needed)
- Assist in negotiations with joint venture partners

2) Asset Management
- Support AM team from an investment perspective (such as analyzing market trends)
- Assist in preparation of internal reporting works

3) Research and Reporting
- Develop knowledge of market trends to support decision making across functions
- Assist in compilation of data and research papers, coordinating with Head of Research, Asia
- Take initiative in preparation of reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders

- University graduate; ideally in economics, statistics, commerce, finance, or related disciplines
- Fluent in English and Japanese (both spoken and written)
- Have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant real estate work experience
- Excellent numerical (financial modelling) and writing skills
- Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- A team player that values trust, integrity and respect
- Have interest and drive in handling different areas of responsibilities
- Must have strong interest in real estate, architecture, town planning, etc.

Reporting to Associate Director of Investment, Japan, the role is primarily responsible for providing day-to-day support to the company’s investment team but will also assist asset management, research and reporting functions in Japan.
