This Top Global Pharmaceutical Company is a frontrunner in Oncology, Hematology, and CAR-T that is looking Commercial Training Manager.

Elevate the clinical knowledge, selling skills and business acumen of the medical representatives (MRs) to positively impact sales through leadership mentoring and coaching while implementing team strategy. This Commercial Training Manager will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and pull-through of therapeutic and skills coaching programs to build the capabilities of MRs, that will ultimately shape this company's new culture.

This Commercial Training Manager Will:

* Develop learning curricula and support sales/marketing on a local & national level - This person would be a change agent for creating new ways of working in the new organization
* Create and implement high-quality scientific/product training for MRs + collaborate closely with senior stakeholders.
* Reports to the Associate Director of the above TA (two levels under President)
* Salary: Flexible based on experience
