仕事内容
Source for investment opportunities for lodging assets including but not limited to rental apartments, service residences, hotels, student accommodation, senior housing, etc. Drive and lead negotiation for best terms and bring the investment deal(s) to fruition.
応募資格
• Real Estate, Business, or Finance discipline as first degree from a reputable university, with at least 15 years’ experience, including a minimum of 10 years’ proven track record in a similar position. A Master’s degree in Business Administration or CFA qualification is useful.
• A demonstrated knowledge of the lodging and hospitality market in Japan and their practices
• Demonstrate strong strategic vision, high drive and the ability to successfully and skillfully motivate and persuade at all levels and across functions for results.
• Possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Merger & Acquisition (M&A) would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Business English and Japanese.
