Global Real Estate Investment Managment

1. Capital raising
(1) Private Real Estate Funds
-Support Investor Relations Senior Managing Director in fund marketing and capital raising activities
-Be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships 
-Have a very good understanding of the firm’s investment philosophy, investment process, and characteristics of specific fund products 
-Review and translate presentation materials and other information from/to English for the benefit of clients and our colleagues
-Make funds’ update call/meeting for existing investors
(2) Public Real Estate Securities (Global REIT Fund)
-Support Investor Relations Senior Managing Director in capital raising and marketing activities with sub-advisory partner and distributors
-Make presentations to sub-advisory partner, distributors, and retail investors

2. Liaison role in separate account mandate(s)
(1) Be a day-to-day contact point of client(s) and play a liaison role among a separate account client, a gatekeeper, and our portfolio management teams
(2) Fully understand clients’ investment objectives and accurately deliver clients voice to our portfolio management teams to reflect to portfolios

-A minimum of ten years’ experience, preferably in investment management, consulting, banking or real estate industry
-Experience in capital raising and related activities 
-Native Japanese speaker and very fluent in English
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
-Client servicing-oriented mind-set
-Growth mind-set with high energy level
-Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work with colleagues across time zones
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities
