Job Description
Helping Customers to execute Digital transformation of Supply Chain Management system through:
• Understanding, Mapping Customer issues (both business and technology), customer specific processes related to end-to-end business process and value chain
• Present the strategy to tackle the customer issues and to reach customer business goals through technology-based solutions
• Develop, foster and sustain strong relationships as a trusted advisor to assigned customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Engaging with stakeholders:
- Internally:
a. Globally: Solutions Advisor across the Globe
b. Locally: Industry or Strategic Service Teams, Value Discovery Team, Customer Executive, Account managers
- Externally: C-Executives and Technical groups in customer side
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Native level of Japanese speaking skills
- Intermediate level of English and being open to increase English speaking skills
- Deep domain expertise in Supply Chain Planning and Execution applications and
business challenges.
- SaaS software introduction, promotion or consulting experience
- Customer communication, engagement experience
Additional preferred experience:
- Business level of English speaking skills
- 5-7 years of presales experience related to SaaS solutions
