外資系製薬会社　Accounting Manager のポジション

事業内容・会社の特長:
外資系の製薬会社で医療用医薬品の製造・販売を行っている会社になります。
日本では設立されてから日が浅く、まだ10年経っていない状況ですが、
海外では長い歴史のある会社です。

仕事内容
1 General Accounting
*Lead financial accounting processes to ensure statutory and management
reporting requirements are met in a timely manner.
*Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely close
and prepare financial reports of income statement, balance sheet and cash
flow statement.
*Maintain finance systems (SAP) and make changes required as the business
changes by consulting with SAP specialist in-house/SAP vendor.

2 Cost Accounting
*Develop costs of products (Finished Goods, contract manufacturing with raw
materials imports and provides to the vendor) meeting

3 Tax
*Working with external tax preparers, ensure payment and calculation of all
local taxes in an accurate and timely manner.

4 Treasury and Working Capital Management
*Develop cash flow forecast and funding requirement to support the business
growth.

5 Audit
*Serve as the primary contact with auditors and
oversee all audit related accounting matters

【必須】
*A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience. Background with
pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
*Solid understanding of IFRS reporting as well as Japan Commercial Code
reporting.
*Bilingual: Japanese-English to communicate (oral/written)
*Cost Accounting experience from raw materials

【歓迎】
*Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
*System experience with SAP is an advantage.
*Ability to communicate effectively
*Good business acumen as a business partner
*Effective time management & prioritization skills. Knows how to enjoy the work with
positive attitude under the pressure.
*Can handle multi-tasks with “roll-up shirt sleeves” attitude in a fast-paced growing
company.
