Job Description

• Prepare annual budget plan and monitor actual costs on a monthly basis
• Maintain Payroll, bonus provision and retirement remuneration calculation
• Watch and observe the overall national salary development and develop benchmarks for the determination of
annual salary adjustments.
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work result by training Manager to coach and discipline
employees
• Recruiting and hiring process
• Talent Management & Succession Planning - Support High potential development together with Managers and
HR Groups.
• Organize annual education & training plan for employees
• Conduct & implement projects

Requirements

• Have distinct entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Good communication skills
• Native Japanese and Business English skills
• Minimum 3 years of HR manager experience.
• Willingness to travel
