Job Description

Strategy & Planning Lead is responsible for developing and driving my client’s Enterprise key strategic initiatives. You will also be responsible for development of long-term growth plans working closely with the executives in Japan, APJ and headquarters.
You will be participating in projects which include analysis and recommendations related to emerging industry trends, competitive threats, viability of outside business partners, internal business performance monitoring and business process improvement.
Contributes to market development and business growth plan to capitalize on current/future market trends and opportunities, achieve operational efficiencies and support growth strategies.

- Leads project management efforts and works with senior leadership to design, maintain and oversee business and tactical plans within organization.
- Supports senior executive communications for internal and external audiences.
- Investigates and researches existing and new business opportunities that contribute to the Japan Growth Pla

Requirements

- At least 15 years of experience related to business planning and analytics in IT industry
- Ability to discuss and present complex strategic topics at a senior management level
- Strong project management and organizational skills to deliver projects aligned with corporate initiatives
- Solid analytical, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation and written/verbal skills in both Japanese and English
- Excellent skills in creation & writing compelling storylines, both in slides and text formats to message out our corporate message and strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability to conduct structured strategic analysis
