Job Description
The main objective is to lead monthly/annual closing and ensure internal control
*Monthly Closing, with accuracy of financials
*Monthly Reporting to US HQ
*Cash management, including internet banking operation
*Inventory management
* Fixed Asset management
*Account Receivables management
*Account Payable management
*Internal control
*Compliance monitoring
*Expense reports to all departments
*Book/manage payroll related transactions
*Correspondence to Internal/External Auditors
*Tax Return ( Corporate Tax, Consumption Tax, FA Tax, W/H tax and so on )
Requirements
*Over 10 years experiences in accounting.
*Experiences on legal entity integration is “plus”.
*Business Level communication skills in English (written & oral)
*Knowledge of USGAAP and JPGAAP
*Knowledge of Compliance and Internal Control
*Good analytical and problem solving skills
*Continuous self-learning attitude
*Good team-work skills
*Self-starter
*BA or BS in Accounting is preferred (not must)
*Interest/experience in FP&A is a “plus”
*Experience in Oracle is a “plus”
