This position is responsible primarily for the Company’s tax planning and accounting for income taxes and consumption taxes. The successful candidate will lead team members as relates to tax technical areas as well as connection from technical to business practice, work with businesses, other financial functions, and outside professionals in carrying out his or her responsibilities.

Essential Job Duties
*Responsible for related analysis and support to the corporate income tax returns not only of the Company but also its domestic subsidiaries.
*Responsible for leading corporate income tax audits for the Company.
*Responsible for reviewing or setting international transfer pricing issues
*Responsible for review, planning, and preparations for the change in consumption tax rate.
*Liaison with businesses on tax issues and accounting staff on tax accounting issues, including education on tax matters and ensuring Tax is considered in business plans and operations.

【必須】
*At least ten years of related experience, including receiving tax audits conducted regional tax bureau.
*Hands-on approach and success in working in a team-based environment.

【歓迎】
*Japanese Tax Accountant or CPA preferred.
*Experience with ERP systems.
*International tax experience required.
