事業内容・会社の特長：
外資系製薬。医療用医薬品の製造・販売などを行う。

*Drive and manage consolidation process for forecasts and budgets, and complete review packages
*Provide financial supports for Commercial teams as well as R&D, G&A and Operations functions
*Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports - analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to senior management
*Partner with Director Finance to drive process improvement initiatives related to 3-year planning process, forecasting, analysis, reporting, earnings call process, business review meeting process, benchmarking and FX analysis

【必須】
*Relevant finance experience in health care industry
*BA/BS degree
*Knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting policies and procedures required
*Proficiency in written and verbal English required

【歓迎】
*MBA or equivalent master degree is a plus
*Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
*Experience in multi-national organization is a plus
*USGAAP/JPGAAP conversion experience is a plus
*Working knowledge of ERPs (Oracle, SAP etc) and reporting tools (Hyperion, TM1 etc) (system implementation experience is a plus)
