Role:

• Manage the whole business of client groups and the people. Partner with business and strategic leads to drive exponential growth of the group’s key clients.

Growth:

• Drive organic growth opportunities, lead new business activities and pitches.

• Establish robust feedback mechanisms for both successful and unsuccessful activities, thereby ensuring the team identify, leverage and share opportunities for improvement in business development.

• Grow the share of wallet of existing clients.

• Partner with mother company to win full service clients.

Clients:

• Deliver innovation and consistency to clients.

• Identify critical strategic client relationship opportunities, meeting clients as appropriate to influence and grow the strength of the relationship.

• Monitor, trouble-shoot and take remedial actions where appropriate, in respect of client satisfaction levels.

People:

• Assess, develop and coach/support the improvement of the capabilities of the group team.

• Oversee and mentor teams and people so that agency’s best talents are retained.

Product:

• Sell the Product and drive the vision of Better Science, Better Art, Better Outcomes within the market.

• Improve the level of digital spend for clients.

Requirements

<必須スキル・望ましい経験>

・ビジネス拡大、新規顧客獲得の為の戦略を立て、実行することが出来る

・競合他社にて15年以上の営業経験

・Account Directorとしてチームをリードした経験

・部下の育成経験

・外資系クライアントを担当した経験はプラス

・海外拠点でのマネジメント経験はプラス

・P/Lを持った経験はプラス
