外資大手証券・銀行　FP&A Expense Analyst Associate/AVP/VP

【募集背景】
FP&Aチームで1名異動となりExpense Analysisチームで検討しておりますが、経歴によってはBusiness Analysisとしても検討します。

会社及び事業部の経費分析を主に行って頂きます。
ただ経歴が経費よりもよりビジネスサイドのファイナンス分析に強い方でしたらビジネスアナリシスとして活躍頂きます。

Japan FP&A is primarily responsible for providing analytical and anticipatory insights to support and drive strategic decision making,
optimal resource allocation and performance for our businesses.
•Partner with business to translate strategies into Plans and Budgets
•Analyze performance against Plans, key movements and trends, identify and recommend operational and process improvements
•Support decision making through analytical and anticipatory insights and interpretation of financial/non financial data
•Deliver value-added support to business partners, building constructive and effective partnership
•Forward looking content, performance management and decision support activities
•Develop understanding and communications around Activity Based Costing and its drivers and how this can drive down our cost base
•Work with business and/or with business coverage FP&As/Mumbai Center of Excellence to support and drive the execution of
　　productivity initiatives and strategic projects

【必須】
•Excellent working knowledge of Securities businesses and/or support functions desirable but not essential
•Prior experience of working within Financial Planning and Analysis
•Demonstrated strength in analytical capabilities with keen-eyes for details
•Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
•Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
•Ability to drive changes, challenge the status quo with a desire to make a positive impact to the organization
•Self-motivated and high energy team player with high growth potential
•Strong financial and analytical background
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics or related field study
