■ Ensure monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets are met or exceeded
■ Support wholesales director to develop and execute wholesale sales strategiesfor footwear
■ Maintain and grow current business from key accounts including key account plan development.Develop and plan new wholesale
channels in footwear Lead and motivate team of 2
■ Manage key account business by channel , Product and develop Channel P&L and propose Opportunity and Risk to enhance
current KPI
■ Develop strong teamwork with other Function and proactively interact and solve problems and optimize the total Timberland
