■Develop/maintain Air freight business for domestic and international clients.
■Meet with middle/senior logistics executives in client organizations to scope out and understand needs for warehouse projects and other service sales opportunities
■Lead and motivate teams to achieve departmental goals and carry out staff performance reviews
■Provide training and coaching to team members by ensuring employees are working in their assigned areas to provide adequate coverage for all processes which may include task delegation and follow up.
■Review claims resulting from missing or damaged cargo.
■Maintain professional and proactive communication with all department staff, internal and external customers.
■Provides advice on maintaining and improving cost effective ways to handle air freight, and make the job more efficiently.
■Achieve monthly annual sales revenue targets

■Bachelor degree diploma is required.
■Minimum 5 years of previous experience in similar positions is required.
■Strong customer service skills and detail oriented.
■Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
■Second Language is an asset, but not required.
■Computer skills; Microsoft office, email, internet explorer, etc. and ability to learn proprietary business software applications
■Positive attitude, friendly, outgoing personality.
■Willingness to learn and ask questions.
