• To provide FP&A support to the GM and commercial team to deliver sales revenue, gross margin, profitability and other company targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in developing monthly volume forecast
• Create an annual/quarterly/monthly financial plan and implement a reviewing process with the team including targets and KPIs.
• Provide ROI analysis through P&L review of investment choices with the commercial team.

【必須】
• Bachelor’s degree or a like field is required with a Master’s Degree preferred
• Financial experience in a global or Japanese company
• Understanding of US GAAP
• English and Japanese proficiency is required

• Strong attention to quality and detail with reporting, analytical and communication
• Proficiency in MS-Excel and financial modeling skills
• Self-motivated, capable of working under pressure
