Job Description

Operational HR:
-Business partner with functional divisions of the shared Service Entity, and the BU operations, to support short-term periodical and mid-term structured workforce planning, job rotation, and succession planning
-Manage the annual performance management / Objectives process, according to job grading at management level
-Partner with BU HR to ensure positive labor relations, and a coordinated approach to union negotiations

HR Project management:
-Together with the HR Director of APAC, oversee the implementation of a key Global HR transformation project and target operating model, across the business operations and in coordination with regional HR shared service entities
-Manage the integration of their key HR processes in acquired businesses, and the standardization, simplification and systemization of personnel administration processes and procedures (staffing, employee motivation, appraisal system, band and salary, etc.)

Requirements

【必須】
-Experienced HR professional, with 15 years of generalist HR experience in business operations in Japan and/or HR consulting experience
-At least 5 years of HR leadership experience in a change environment, matrix/ manufacturing organization experience an advantage
-Deep knowledge of Japanese business culture
-International experience and intercultural skills an advantage
-Project management experience, with SAP HR experience an advantage
-Demonstrated qualities, including challenging mindset, resilience, team player skills
-University degree
