Job Description:
- Work as the central hub of all functions relating to “new product development and launch”
- Assess commercial value of the pipeline projects
- Prepare basic commercial strategy including 5 – 10 years sales forecasting for the pipeline projects facing major development/ pre-commercialization milestones, aligning within Japan and with Global TA strategy
- Communicate uniqueness of Japan to Global HQ for maximizing Japanese opportunities
- Seamless hand-over through collaboration with marketing/medical to prepare go-to-market plan and activities for new products
- Make proposals to head up senior managements about the business impacts (risk/ opportunities/ key issues)
- Ensure that a timely and effective communication and escalation process is communicated to and followed by all personnel in their respective area

Requirements

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a pharma company: new product planning, brand marketing, strategic marketing, strategic planning, medical, clinical development
- A University degree; Marketing, Business Administration, Clinical Research, or related field.
- MBA is a plus
- Japanese: Fluent
- English: Business level
- Strong communication skills, both in Japanese and English
- Experiences in market research or segmentation is a plus
