Job Description

A the e-commerce specialist, you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, and will be responsible for delivering sales volumes in their DTC e-commerce channels. This is specifically for channels where we have direct stores like our own on-line shop, Amazon and Rakuten Market Place.

You will manage digital marketing agency for daily eCommerce activities and operations. You will plan and implement activation and promotions, report e-commerce performance and analyse e-commerce date. You will also work very closely with the cross functional team to operate the DTC business, develop contents and execute promotions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to experience helping a young, global brand expand into Japan. They have had some success already!

Requirements

* 5+ years of e-commerce operations
* Experience working in eCommerce operation/management including Amazon and Rakuten.
* CRM experience would be beneficial but not mandatory
* Great communication skills and passion to grow business
