• Develop and maintain IT-BCP standards and best practices as well as operating by making sure our group companies IT-BCP related controls are aligning to the regulations, standards, and requirements.
• Recommend IT-BCP enhancements (technical advisory) to our group companies including individual employees as well as IT division.
• Conduct risk assessment and help plan and carry out an organization’s way of handling IT-BCP
• Any tasks related to IT-BCP enhancement including setting up awareness trainings.
• Interlock with other department such as IT related department to collaborate IT-BCP related initiatives.

• IT-BCP & IT Governance related activity experience - 3 years or equivalent
• Analytical skills – need to consider the balance between risks and usability.
• Problem solving – when you are asked questions or inquiries from subsidiary companies, employees from us, or IT division regarding IT-BCP matter, need to resolve how to tackle their problems or issues.
• Ingenuity – try to think and invent new ways to protect our organization from IT-BCP related risks.
• Work experience in IT Governance, establish or operating IT Governance policy.
• Basic knowledge of network and server administration.
• Language Level:
o Japanese: Business Level
o English: Business Level
o TOEIC: Have TOEIC score over 800

Preferred Qualifications

BCMS Auditor, ITSMS Auditor, CISA, CISM, CISSP and other related qualification is +.
