Job description

- A rare opportunity for an HR professional who wants to play a key role for both C&B and HRIS in a large-size global company.
- Play as Japan's C&B executive working with both Total Rewards Manager Japan and the global / APAC C&B teams
- Operational Excellence – Working with HR Operations team to ensure local benefits delivery on time
Improve operational processes for higher efficiency
- M&As … support Total Rewards manager, C&B integration plans through execution.
- Work with the global team on HRIS when new systems roll out in the operations area
Respond to questions and requests from managers and employees as well as from within HR team

Requirements

【必須】
• High-level C&B knowledge a plus, but not a must as long as the candidate has learning agility
• HRIS experience and knowledge. Oracle experience is preferable.
• Precise data management and processing skill
• Drive the change management for any of C&B area
• Business level English capability to communicate with the global team
• Native-level Japanese skill enough to read and write HR contracts
• Critical thinking
• IT savvy – HRIS, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and an ERP HR module
