The GL leader will lead the GL team and supervise all areas of accounting and tax related for Japan entities. The Japan team is also covering to Asia two entities, but most of accounting/tax related tasks have been outsourced to the 3rd party CPA firm.

He/she will have responsibility for improvements to accounting processes, SOX management, audit procedures in cooperation with the team or other relevant departments in internal/external entities.

•Prepare monthly / quarterly / yearly closing for Japan and Asia entities under Corporate Accounting Policies and ensure timely and accurate reporting in cooperation with Business Finance team.

•Prepare tax returns and other statutory reporting in liaison with outside tax firm

•Meet local and international requirements on accounting, tax and legal matters

•Maintain weekly CF forecast

•Maintain fix assets under US and Japan/Tax GAAP

•Support of ad-hoc projects related to accounting and tax

【必須】
•Bachelor’s degree
•Finance/Accounting department or CPA firm, or General Accounting area for foreign-affiliated companies.
•Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills both written and verbal
•Business level English skills
