Job Description

Responsible for develop& implement the Product Line Strategies for the company's business growth.
Major working area will be
1) identifying growth opportunities and develop product based strategies,
2) maximizing existing product portfolio and
3) develop new products / capabilities to capture the market opportunities focus on B2B in Japan.

It includes market research & analysis, learning industry trend, analyzing customer's behavior, strategy development, product development & enhancement, daily product maintenance, issue handling and partner negotiation.

Requirements

- Strategic thinking from opportunity identification to driving the result
- End to end project management skill
- Experience and/or knowledge about product design and development work
- Coordination / negotiation skill with internal / external stakeholders
- Strong leadership and collaborator facilitating projects
- Analytical thinking based on collected information and hypothesis
- Presentation skill to invite senior people and stakeholders for consensus
- People / Team management skill
- Fluent both in Japanese & English
