Job Description
-Working closely with Investment, Asset Management and Finance teams the Project Manager will manage every aspect of the design, budget, program, construction, fit out and completion of all development and renovation projects to meet stringent financial, timeline, environmental and design parameters.
-Representing the firm in liaison with external parties, the Project Manager will be in charge of all projects and in doing so, prepare all project plan and briefing documents, schedules and budgets as required; appointment and management of architects, designers, and consultants as required; and monitoring the progress and quality of any and all construction works including negotiations with contractors as required with regards to cost, schedule and quality of work product.
Requirements
-Minimum 8 years working experience with not less than 3 years Project Management experience with developer/architect/construction firm of the highest standard
-Current qualification as Architect and/or Quantity Surveyor preferred, but may be waived for a candidate with exceptional professional experience.
-Proven track record of relevant achievements in high quality developments
-Good degree in Architecture or other property development related field, or very strong professional track record.
