Job Description
Sourcing, evaluating and acquiring logistics properties including both stabilized and transitional assets.
The Associate/VP will also be responsible for working with various partners on organizing bridge funds.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management or Investment Banking/Structured finance
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Desirable qualifications: (Not mandatory)
- Familiarity with TMK and TK/GK structures
- Computer proficiency - Excel VBA, Argus
- Real Estate Transaction Specialist (Takken)
- English
