Job description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
● Digital Media Activities
Lead a long term and a short term goal setting and strategy development for following owned social accounts and
digital media advertising activities, aligned with global strategy and Japan marketing goals

 ● Social Media Organic Activities
Lead number of follower and engagement score increase in following accounts in order to contribute to
O&O store traffic and brand recognition

Brand Social Networking Services

Supervise team’s content development for daily posting
Develop local target relevant contents proactively on top of global contents usage
Lead both of digital-focused campaign and also digital part of cross-functional campaign
Ad Investment Activities
Lead a long term and a short term ad strategy development following media aligned with global strategy
and Japan marketing seasonal and annual goals
Supervise ad content selection and development of local assets if necessary in order to realize campaign
goals
Supervise team’s media plan and its adjustment on-going campaign to maximize performance

Performance forecast and post-analysis
Supervise team’s performance forecast and post-analysis in both cases of organic posting and media
investment
Lead team’s continuous working cycle form media planning, post-analysis to reflecting it to next
campaign planning
Brand status track and share
Proactively monitor brand and its competitors’ status and share it with own consideration with cross functional
team periodically regularly by leveraging social listening tool
by understand latest digital marketing trends and deep dive consumers’ insights so as to develop the
digital activation strategy and tactics
Identify major digital innovation opportunity and to explore & to experiment innovation that drives
brand and business results
Team management
Manage two staff under senior manager to maximize team manpower
Others
Identify major digital innovation opportunity and to explore & to experiment innovation that drives
brand image and business results
Ensure to working closely with EC team for EC business contribution and also with Customer Journey
team for Marketing Automation program enhancement
Lead sharing necessary info of own team activities with APAC team and global team if necessary

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Experience:
- At minimum of 5 years of working experience both with social media content management and digital
media planning and execution in retail business company or agency
- Social Media business account direct handling or supervising experience is MUST
- Working experience in retail-based fashion industry is plus

• Education:
- University and/or related degree.

• Skills:
- Japanese copy writing and proof skill (professional level)
- Familiar with business account handling with LINE, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
- Familiar with handling social listening tool like Sprinklr
- Have PC software skillset for Microsoft Office (power point, excel, outlook, word).
- Excellence in English writing and verbal communication (Level of TOEIC score 800 or above) and native
Japanese).
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
